1st Annual Classic Charity Summer Classic Golf Tournament- in aid of KidSport
Congratulations to Classic Charity on the tremendous success of their first annual Summer Classic Golf Tournament. They were able to raise significant funds and awareness for the KidSport foundation. Involvement in organized sport has had an immeasurable impact on the personal development and success of myself, my friends and my family. In turn, the KidSport organization is necessarily important to us so that we can help provide similar opportunities to youth in our community.

Leg Day
Perform exercises sequentially, resting at the end of each Set:
Sets Exercises
3 12 jump squats> 12 cage squats (weighted)> 15 kettlebell swings
3 12 deadlifts (weighted)> 20 walking lunges (weighted or BW)> 12 medicine ball slams
5 stair climb
5 stair climb (2 stairs at a time)
