PHILOSOPHY
We believe the central purpose of our service is to educate our clients in an effort to make them self-sufficient. The greater your understanding of what fitness is and why you are doing your specific program, the greater your chance for lifelong success.

Embodied Fitness was founded on a non-traditional approach to Personal Training. Most facilities currently available and that you may have likely already experienced, operate with the intention of making their clients dependent on their service.Fitness, Health and Wellness is a lifelong journey, not a quick fix routine.

INDIVIDUALIZATION

What works for someone else isn’t what is best for you. Your physique, metabolism and ability to look and feel your best is based on your individual genetic make-up. As a result, a cookie-cutter fitness program can only offer you mediocre results. If you want to see results, you need a program that is tailored to your individual fitness level, needs and goals.

One of the most common deterrents for people engaging in a fitness program is the often intimidating atmosphere present at public fitness centers.
